This live album, recorded thirteen months after Plaza de Toros, is Part II of the Matador Trilogy. It's the continued story of the Matador who retired many years before due to his experience with the famous Toro Bravo. He was a spiritual man, but remained haunted by his last fight. One day he became quite upset when he heard talking birds calling out his name. That night, as he looked up to the stars, he perceived his favorite constellations dripping in blood. The old Matador fell to his knees begging God's forgiveness. Facing his own impending death, he begins to lose consciousness and then recalls being showered with roses at the finale of his last bullfight.
